The Bank Street Social Club opened in Whangarei on the 19 July 2012. Sailfish Cove Wines is the only vineyard and winery on the Tutukaka Coast. It sits on a hill overlooking the Poor Knights Islands and features a number of spectacular terraces carved around the hill.
Harvie and Gaylene Ferguson planted the vineyard 20 years ago and today create a range of handcrafted wines including Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Shiraz, Merlot and Chambourcin. All wines are made on site from grapes grown on site. Cellar door by appointment.
